Arosha has a penchant for disruptive innovation, new business models and what needs to change in the modus operandi of large corporations. Her research led her to launch Quan in early 2020, a wellbeing software– where the mission is “to place wellbeing at the heart of success”.
Prior to her entrepreneurial route, Arosha Brouwer spent 15 years engaged in ventures and projects relating to innovation, digitalization and new ways of working. She led projects across private (telecommunications, banking, network marketing, logistics, leasing, mining, chemicals and professional services) and public (government and non-profit) sectors.
