An engaging, passionate speaker, Dr Bill Robb has been assisting organisations and their people meet the challenges of clarifying strategy, improving productivity, overcoming morale problems and turning around failing projects and departments for over twenty-five years.

Bill Robb has a strong academic background (two masters and two doctoral degrees) but his extensive expertise and wisdom has been hard-won working with management teams in organisations ranging from large oil majors, drilling companies and shipping companies to medium size businesses in the fields of engineering, construction, law, education and accountancy. His speaking engagements have taken him to United Kingdom, Norway, Denmark, Germany, Cyprus, Dubai, Bahrain, Canada, USA, West Africa, South Africa and Uruguay.

Robb’s speaking style is engaging and interactive. He knows that business success depends on every employee doing the best they can do. Rather than lecture, he offers the audience case studies and gets them to think of solutions to particular challenges.
