British GQ’s feature on Jack Guinness front-cover headline asked… ‘Is he really the coolest man in Britain?’
Model, journalist, author, and creative director Jack Guinness is one of the most influential voices in British fashion and the LGBTQ+ community.
Beginning his career as a model, Jack starred in global campaigns for the likes of L’Oreal, Dunhill, and Dolce and Gabbana. Behind the lens, he regularly contributed to The Sunday Times Style, Italian Vogue, The Guardian, and Tatler as a style and fashion commentator.
Jack is perhaps best known as the founder of The Queer Bible: the online community that celebrates the works and lives of trailblazing members of the global queer community. In the world of digital, Jack has developed and starred in content for Gucci, Vogue, Vice and GQ, travelled to Japan to star in Channel 4’s anarchic World Of Weird series, and hosted live social media takeovers for brands such as Alexa Chung and Hugo Boss.
Jack’s recent work includes joining British GQ as a Contributing Editor, championing young designers and British manufacturers on London Fashion Week’s advisory Style Council, and launching The Queer Bible’s podcast.
Jack has done it all – he’s DJ’ed for The Elle Style Awards, opened for Lady Gaga at a secret gig at the Moth Club, the Longchamp store launch in Paris with Lenny Kravitz, Chopard at the Cannes Film Festival, on a warship for Breitling, and on top of the Levis’ float for London PRIDE in front of tens of thousands of people.
He’s also fantastic panellist and sits wonderfully in a fireside chat across topics including style, fashion, Pride, the LGBTQ+ community and creative direction.
