AI offers extraordinary opportunities to personalise experiences, improve productivity and remove friction. But where should businesses automate, and where does the human touch become even more valuable?
Martin explores how organisations can embrace AI without automating away empathy, trust and customer relationships.
Customers don’t wake up thinking: “Today I’d like an omnichannel experience.” They simply expect businesses to recognise them and make things easy however they choose to engage.
Martin challenges the traditional omnichannel mindset and explains how organisations can remove the internal silos that create disconnected customer experiences.
Are organisations measuring what customers value, or what’s easiest for the business to measure?
Martin challenges the reliance on NPS and traditional customer metrics and explores a new generation of measures focused on customer effort, lifetime value, retention, advocacy, employee experience and commercial outcomes.
