Reese is a 2024 Diana Award recipient, an Aspen UK Rising Leader and a World Economic Forum Global Shaper, where he served as one of the youngest Curators. He has delivered more than 100 talks to audiences of over 5,000 at international conferences, universities and global forums.
His professional experience spans emerging technology and AI policy at the U.S. Department of State, the UK Department for Science, Innovation and Technology and the House of Commons. He also contributed to global strategy and biosecurity work at the UK Health Security Agency, and previously held roles at AmCham HK and Ashoka.
