Erica Farmer has over 25 years of learning and development and apprenticeships experience with some of the UK’s best-known brands, including LV=, British Gas, Specsavers and Virgin Care.

Erica’s area of specialism is AI, future skills and human potential. A TEDx speaker, LinkedIn Learning Instructor and AI Strategist, she is passionate about making AI accessible, practical and deeply human. Her TEDx talk, Reforming Education Through a Digital-First Mindset, was selected as one of a small number of talks to be featured on TED.com.

Known for turning complex concepts into practical action, Erica helps leaders and teams understand not only how AI works, but why it matters to them. Through her keynotes and workshops, she empowers audiences to identify their own “AI Dividend™”, unlocking more time, confidence, creativity and wellbeing through a people-first approach to technology adoption.

Erica hosts the AI for the Average Joe podcast, making the complex simple, and serves as an advisor to the AI in Work and Skills Forum. She is also an AI Strategist for one of Europe’s leading learning, teaching and assessment organisations.
