Dr. Hanan Alhaddi is the CEO of Alhaddi Consulting Group, specializing in corporate strategy, enterprise transformation, and strategizing for AI. She has nearly 20 years of experience leading initiatives focused on operational efficiency, end-to-end transformation, and strategic alignment across industries.
She is the author of Monarch: Resilience Through Evolution, a forthcoming book on strategy which is set to be featured in business programs globally, including Oxford University’s executive education in Strategy and Innovation. Dr. Alhaddi is a guest lecturer on strategy and the Director of Integrative Cases on AI at Oxford University’s Saïd Business School.
She is the Chairman of the Automotive AI Committee at the Connected Vehicle Trade Association and serves as Associate Editor for the Journal of Management and Strategy. She is the recipient of the 2024 Women of Color in STEM Award for Corporate Education Leadership and a nominee for the prestigious ranking of Associate Fellow at Oxford University in recognition of her contributions to executive education. Dr. Alhaddi is an entrepreneur and founder of multiple non-profit and for profit organizations.
She holds advanced degrees in strategy and innovation from Oxford University and Harvard University and professional certifications in AI and Generative AI from MIT and IBM. Dr. Alhaddi earned a doctorate in business administration with a focus on strategic positioning and differentiation from Lawrence Technological University and holds an engineering degree from Wayne State University.
