Jonathan Bowman-Perks has over 38 years of multiple leadership roles both as a distinguished British Army Officer and also as a business leader.
He is the leadership advisor to some incredibly successful global business leaders and their top teams. He absorbs their best practice, researches widely, writes books, and gives motivational masterclasses. Having experienced and learnt from others’ and his own leadership errors, he advises on how to avoid being burnt by the impact of white-collar psychopaths.
Bowman-Perks is a Master Certified Coach and focuses on current and aspiring CEOs, senior executives and their teams in all sectors. He is Visiting Professor in Leadership and Executive MBA lecturer at Cass Business School in London. He was Assistant to the Head of the British Army, Chief of Staff of the Army’s largest Brigade and commanded his Infantry Company on 3 operational tours.
Bowman-Perks was a leader in PwC, IBM and Managing Director of a Board and Executive Coaching PLC. He and his wife Leigh founded The Institute of Inspiring Leadership.
