Neal Cross is currently co-founder of PictureWealth, one of the world’s fastest growing wealth-tech companies, going from $0 to $8bn funds in under 5 years. He is also the non-executive director at Peppermint Innovation, an ASX listed business unifying the 15-million-member co-op banking sector in the Philippines. Prior to this, Cross was the Group Chief Innovation Officer at DBS Bank in Singapore, the global benchmark for digital transformation in financial services. Before DBS, Neal Cross was at MasterCard, where he was the VP of Innovation for Asia and MEA and Microsoft, as the APAC Director for financial services. He has been recognised with Harvard and MIT case studies and multiple awards, including the world’s most disruptive CIO/CTO globally from judges Sir Richard Branson and Apple co-founder Steve Wozniak.
Neal Cross has spoken at hundreds of events – SIBOS, Money 20/20, SFF, Project Management Institute and the G20. Not only as a speaker, but as a panel chair and conference MC. His humorous but deep insight is a regular feature on the conference and corporate speaker circuit. He doesn’t just focus on finance subjects; he has a wealth of experience at navigating some of the worlds largest and smallest companies to affect lasting change.
In his spare time, he has built social enterprises to help save the endangered orangutans and coral reefs in Sumatra, and due to this, was recently listed in the Global Meaningful Business 100, which focuses on the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). All his speaker fees goes towards these projects.
