Shefaly Yogendra is a strategist, advisor, and global speaker operating at the intersection of governance, technology, and business growth. She currently serves as a non-executive director on multiple public investment trusts (such as JP Morgan US Smaller Companies, Temple Bar, Harmony Energy Income, Witan) and as an independent governor at London Metropolitan University.
Her executive experience includes roles such as COO of Ditto AI (an explainable AI company) and co-founder / Creative Director at Livyora (a London based fine jewellery startup). She began her career in technology at HCL and has since advised founders, boards, and institutions across emerging and regulated sectors.
Shefaly holds a PhD in Decision-Making from Cambridge University, an MBA from IIM Ahmedabad, a Master’s in Technology Policy, and a first degree in Electronics Engineering. She has also been a Cambridge-MIT research fellow, and was founding faculty for the Vedica Scholars Programme for Women Leaders.
