About Sofie Lindblom
Sofie Lindblom is an Innovation and AI leader with deep experience in helping organizations turn emerging technologies into concrete strategies, operating models, and business impact.
She is currently Head of AI at Sweden’s largest pharmacy, where she leads the company’s AI transformation across strategy, governance, portfolio development, and capability building. Her work focuses on translating AI from hype into concrete value, from internal productivity and new ways of working to customer-facing solutions and long-term competitive advantage.
Over the past decade, Sofie has led more than 100 innovation and transformation programs across startups, scaleups and large enterprises. She was Head of Innovation at Spotify during a period of rapid global growth, and has supported companies such as H&M, Electrolux, Dustin and BNP Paribas with innovation strategy, product development and transformation. As an entrepreneur, she founded and served as CEO of ideation360, a digital platform for collecting ideas and turning them into commercial opportunities. She later co-founded SP_CE, a B2B SaaS company created to solve challenges in remote sales and digital customer collaboration during the pandemic.
Sofie’s perspective is shaped by experience from every side of innovation: as an intrapreneur within global enterprises, a founder and product leader in startups, an advisor, investor, and board member. She holds several board positions, including the public service company Utbildningsradion, and is an active investor in the Nordic tech ecosystem.
Her motivation comes from the belief that organizations do not become innovative by accident. They need the right structures, leadership, culture and capabilities to turn uncertainty into action. Today, much of her work centers on helping leaders understand what AI means for strategy, organization, products and people.
Sofie has received several awards for her work in innovation, technology, and change, including being named one of the top 111 most influential women in business, one of Sweden’s Top 100 Talents, and one of the 50 most inspiring women in technology in Europe. She is a highly appreciated speaker on Swedish and international stages, including two TEDx talks, known for combining strategic clarity, energy and practical examples that help audiences understand what change really requires.
