Felicidad Cristobal – Keynote Speaker

After having worked with the former president of the government of Spain, Felipe González, Felicidad made the leap to private enterprise, where she achieved major professional milestones, such as the first major global merger between Aceralia, Arbed and Usinor, resulting in Arcelor, a company in which she held the position of Senior Vice President for International Affairs.

Subsequently, after the second major merger between Arcelor and Mittal Steel, Felicidad Cristobal was appointed CEO of ArcelorMittal’s first global foundation, present in 30 countries. Eight years later and after building an impressive track-record that has been recognized by world-renowned personalities and institutions, she set up and directed the Foundation for the Development of Consciousness. She later coined and fostered the concept of conscious philanthropy which, over time, has become the recognized brand “Consciousness for Happiness by Felicidad Cristobal”TM. Underpinned by her extensive career as an executive and director in the world of philanthropy and consciousness, her latest creation helps people understand the importance of consciousness for achieving happiness. She currently gives lectures in companies, universities, business schools and other international fora, in addition to being a counselor and advisor in several national and international entities and organizations.

Felicidad Cristobal has a degree in Law and Piano and she composes in her spare time. She holds two Masters (European Union Law and International Relations) and speaks six languages. She has recently written the book “The Little Great Book About Happiness.”
