Dr. Noah Raford helped build the future of Dubai. As the former Chief Futurist for the Dubai Government and Senior Advisor to the UAE Prime Minister’s Office, he was a driving force behind behind the iconic Museum of the Future. For seven years, he shaped its vision as Acting Executive Director and Creative Director, alongside his role as a founding executive of the Dubai Future Foundation.
